I was inspired

This fall, I participated in the seminar, Imagery Journeys 2: Creating customized Imagery Journeys with language and sound, led by Christine Heckel. It was wonderful to have access to such a rigorous course online. I went further into the subject than I thought possible in such a short period of time. I was inspired to purchase a higher quality microphone to record my sound journeys, and was thrilled to practice my first journey with a colleague as part of the homework. Christine’s feedback was so helpful and kind, and the course manual is a valuable resource to which I will refer again and again. True to the Peter Hess method, Christine’s sound meditations during class reinforced what we were learning, and created the inner state best suited to learning this type of material. Many thanks. It will be fun to continue creating sound journeys building on this valuable training.
