Location: Casa Libélula, Antequera (Málaga)

What’s Included:

Dinner:Begin the evening with a nourishing meal crafted to set the tone for a night of relaxation and harmony.
Gong Bath:Immerse yourself in a series of deeply resonant gong sessions. Let the healing vibrations guide you into a restorative, meditative state throughout the night. You will be provided a 10 cm memory foam mattress (60 cm x 190 cm).
Breakfast:Greet the morning with a light, refreshing breakfast to gently bring you back to the day.

 

The Gong Bath experience is designed to wash away stress and tension, providing mental clarity and a profound sense of calm. Our gong masters will play continuously throughout the night, creating waves of sound that promote a meditative state and support natural healing processes on a very deep level.


What to Bring:

  • Comfortable (warm) clothing
  • A blanket, and pillow, or sleeping bag for maximum comfort - bring an extra mattress or similar if needed (you will be lying on the floor all night)
  • Water bottle (no glass)
  • Anything else to make your night cozy and restorative
